Receptionist Full and Part-time position within large City Hotel
You should be well presented, flexible, with a friendly approachable manner and be confident in dealing with enquiries - both on the telephone and in person. You should also have a passion for teamwork and delivering outstanding hospitality. Proven hotel reception (opera reservations system) and customer care skills would be a bonus. You must also be fluent in the English language both spoken and written. Full training on our in house systems and procedures will be provided as part of your ongoing development in a very busy and demanding environment that is both professional and fun.
The working hours for a full time receptionist will be 40 and will be 5 days from 7 working shifts such as 7am-3pm and 3pm until 11pm. You must also be able to work weekends as your two days off will differ each week.
I am also looking for a part-time receptionist who is able to work a variety of part-time hours/days between the hours of 8am - 8pm and be flexible about working weekends. The hours and the days are negotiable but ultimately will fit round the needs of the business.
These positons are not live in. Wage is above the national minimum.
