Pilates Classes & Individual Tuition

I am a Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor based in Inverness.

Pilates is a method of exercise respected by physiotherapists, chiropractors and physiologists worldwide. Focussing on Core Stability and building body awareness. It improves flexibilty, endurance and posture. Pilates is used to help reduce back pain, improve shoulder stability. For both Men & women it can be used for reducing injury and improving performance at your chosen sport. For postnatal women, to help regain fitness after birth. Or for everyone simply to stand tall, breathe easily and move with ease.

I run Mat work classes on a weekly basis at various venues within the city. Classes are small, with a maximum of 12 clients. Classes are usually run over a 6-8 week block, where fees are payable in advance. I ask for commitment from clients so that the class can progress at an even pace and for individuals to get the full benefit of learning Pilates.

Most Individual Tuition is run from my home. This is often preferable for some individuals with specific injuries, where a class environment may not be suitable.

Costs:
Individual Tuition for 1 hour @ £25
Mat work classes last 1 hour @ £56 per block of 8 classes (£7 per session)
