Retail Adviser – Up to £21k OTE dependant on performance and location.

As Retail Adviser, we’ll expect you to know our products inside out – as will our customers – and you’ll use that knowledge to make sure that people choose the right product for their needs. But it won’t end there, you’ll accompany the customer through the whole sales process and walk them to the door – such small things are important to delivering customer delight.

Of course you’ll still be working to targets, and beating weekly and monthly key performance indicators but you’ll also need to keep on top of daily paperwork, count stock, and keep the store impeccably presented at all times.

Your managers will make sure that you get all the training you need, both on products and our policies and procedures, and they’ll feed-back regularly how you’re doing and help you to develop your skills.

You’ll need an interest in, and aptitude for, technical products and computerised systems. If you have worked within a customer services/sales environment this may be of an advantage but this is not essential.
