Tongue Hotel Commis Chef Cdp
We require a budding young talented Commis or Chef de Parte to join our team at The Tongue Hotel.
The successful applicant must have knowledge and passion for fresh food. They must also have great cooking skills. The position requires excellent personal hygiene and an interactive person.
Our working week is over 45 hours, 5 out 7 days and does require weekend and split shifts, in return the salary is competitive.
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, high standards and a desire to take the food to another level and achieve awards.
All applicants must have good communication skills and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
The Tongue Hotel is a successful 4 star hotel on the North Coast of Scotland. Our menu offers modern scottish dishes emphasising fresh, seasonal, local produce.
Accommodation is available at a small cost all in.
