Construction & Property Recruitment are currently looking for Senior Site Agent/Project Manager to work on a water treatment plant in the Inverness area on behalf of a large national contractor from the Highlands Capital.

The company have many contracts throughout the north east of scotland, ranging from small pipelaying contracts to large multi million pound water treatment plants. This particular contract is around 15 millions pounds

Typical work activities include:
• leading regular site meetings with quantity surveyors, engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and the client
• maintaining strict quality control procedures
• conducting regular site safety checks;
• ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays.

The company is looking for Site Agents that would be prepared to join them on a permanent basis and work from the Inverness HQ. They require candidates to be qualified in civil engineering or alike and ideally be working as a Site Agent for a civil engineering contractor.
