Inverness chefs / cooks / kitchen
Our client, a national train company have an urgent requirement for an experienced chef to work onboard preparing, cooking and presenting meals for the first class dinning and buffet carriages.
The role will entail:
Food preparation, Cooking of meals and service to company specification
Maintenance of the Kitchen environment
The ideal candidate will have / be:
• A good team player
• Excellent product knowledge
• Good customer service skills
• Able to work flexible hours
• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Chef or equivalent
• Current holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
The successful candidate will be:
Required to work flexible hours in relation to shift pattern, Undertake drugs / alcohol testing and a full medical.
