Professional Inventory service available for Landlords

I professionally produce detailed inventories for Landlords to provide to new tenants. I have the relevant experience and knowledge required to provide the document that logs every detail, giving you the security of knowing you have everything recorded without having to find the time to inspect and log it all yourself.

An Inventory for a 1 bed flat can take upto 1hr 30mins but can depend on what furnishings there are, obviously the more there is the longer it takes. A 3/4 bed house can take upto 3hrs. Prices start from £40 incl VAT, please contact me for more info and quotes.

I will cover all areas within a 30 mile radius of Inverness but may consider other areas so please contact me if you are interested but outwith the radius.
