Hotspring Sovereign 6 Person Hot Tub (£5,500)

Hi There,
I am selling a Hotspring Soverign 6 person Hot-Tub (2009 Awards from What Spa) It is just over 1 year old and has only been used for Holiday Let purposes only. We have this model in our own back garden, we use it almost every weekend, summer or winter. We stopped doing holiday Letting at the beginning of August and now have 1 Hot Tub available to sell. The reason we purchased this particular model was down a visit to holiday lets in Ardnamuchan. They had one situated at the back of their cottages over looking Ardnamurchan's wonderful scenery. Impressed by the quality of their Hot-Tub, we enquired to the owners where they had purchased it from and why that particular model. We were told that as they were extremely environmentally concious, it was a deciding factor for them. They had done much research into budget and quality Hot-tubs. As we had a holiday let business at the time we decided to buy 2 of them, one for ourselves and one for the business. Running the Hot-Tub costs no more than the cost of a lightbulb, approx £4-5 per week, it stays constantly at the chosen temperature, therefore is always ready to go. If the chemicals are added regularly it only needs to be emptied every 4-5 months. We also went to the extra expense of buying washable filters which save on the regular cost of replacing disposable filters as with most Hot Tubs. There are many Hot Tubs on the market and many for a lot cheaper than the one we are selling but what you are buying is a quality product. This Hot Tub would be ideal for a Holiday Letting business, to bring in extra trade, it did for us, or, ideal for private home use as we are doing with ours. The Hot Tub runs off a 13 amp plug so can be plugged in anywhere in or around the home. The addtion of a trip switch is advised. To buy this Hot Tub new today would cost £8,500, I am selling it for £5,500, a lot less due to the fact that I have no use for it now so it really is a bargain!
