I am looking for a house or flat for me and my partner, I have just been given a yellow lab for my birthday and our current flat doesn't allow dogs. We are a very tidy couple and my dog will be well trained and kept in her kennel during the day. We would like something with a garden that we can have a small kennel in and if possible a garage or drive way. We need to give two months notice on our current flat but if we find something we really like we may consider cutting our losses.

We are looking for anything between £400 and £500 per month.
