The post of Bar Manager is available from October at Saucy Mary's Bar on Skye. This is a live-in position and an excellent candidate is sought after. Ideally, the applicant should be a personal license holder and with a keen interest in developing the bar as a music venue and building upon recent developments.

Salary is negotiable depending upon experience and the quality of the candidate.

The post is subject to a temporary trial period at the outset.

Personal qualities must include absolute trustworthiness and an ability to get on with a wide range of clientele - locals and tourists.

Experience is necessary in a similar role and references will be required from recent former/current employers.
