Head Chef - Circa 30K - 3* Hotel - 2AA Rosettes - Loch Ness Area

A small, independantly owned Highland hotel requires a dedicated, talented and driven Head Chef to take over the properties two dining outlets and small room service set up. The hotel operates with a modern brasserie and 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant. The menu focuses on fresh, local and
seasonal produce.

The position of Head Chef involves running the small kitchen team to its highest level, and keeping up the standards demanded of a 2AA Rosette Restaurant.

You must therefore be from a Hotel Background and must have cooked to the level required. This must be reflected in your CV, as must an excellent
career history backed up with superb references.

The position offers a salary of approximately 30K/ year and live in
accomodation can be provided for a short period.
