Air Conditioning Engineers with a good knowledge of HVAC M&E maintenance required for a major contract with a National retail Chain
Need strong mechanical background for planned and reactive maintenance covering HVAC maintenance incorporating Air Conditioning and Chillers and VRF systems
To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment
Within the portfolio.
To carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment within the
Portfolio.
To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant and equipment within
The portfolio.
To maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records in accordance with
Company operating procedures.
To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified
Contractual requirements and report these promptly to the Portfolio Supervisor
With estimated material costs and labour requirements.
NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, and or City & Guilds certificates or ONC/HNC (possibly in Building services)
Air Conditioning Engineers will be required to hold a valid certificate in either City & Guilds 2078 safe handling certificate or CITB equivalent.
This will be superseded soon with 2078/9City & Guilds certificate in Gas & ODS (including Brazing qualifications) CITB J11
NVQ in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, and or City & Guilds certificates or ONC/HNC (possibly in Building services)
Experience in the Building Services or Maintenance industry as a recognised
Trade Technician preferably within a retail environment
