Office Secretary
Administrator required for 3 month contract based in Inverness, starting immediately.
My client is an up and coming company based in Inverness and they currently have a requirement for an Office Administrator for a 3 month contract.
The successful candidate is expected to be proficient in Microsoft packages especially Microsoft Excel.
The role will involve tasks such as:
- Letter writing
- Liaising with accounts department
- Liaising with lawyers
- Data inputting
Working hours for this post are Monday to Friday 1pm till 5pm and hourly rate will be £6.50. Interviews for this post will take place on Thursday 29th October.
