I am looking for a Sous Chef for a beautiful hotel on the Isle of Skye.

The hotel has 18 rooms and is 4 star with 1AA rosette.

There is a brigade of 3+kp's.

There would be accommodation available at no extra cost.

Pay would be £18-£20K depending upon experience and paid monthly.

Hours would be 45 per weeks 5 days from 7.

Great opportunity to work alongside a Michelin star Head chef.
