Fantastic opportunity to gain all round experience
Small 10 bedroom country house hotel needs a general assistant.
The hotel is run by the manager and one part time waitress.
New assistant must be hard working and willing to learn to cook and take on kitchen responsibilities (chef/ cooking experience would be a bonus but a love of cooking would be enough) Must be a people person, be comfortable behind the bar, waiting, cleaning, maintenance work, basic stock take etc.
Position is live in, car essential as we are quite far out of town.
A challenging job but a must if you want to gain some great experience! Position is ideal short term but definate long term possibilities.
