We require 2 general assistants to join our team at The Tongue Hotel.

The successful applicant must have knowledge, experience and a passion for hospitality. They must also have great communication skills. The position requires excellent personal hygiene and an attention to detail.

Our working week is over 40 hours, 5 out 7 days and does require weekend and split shifts, in return we can offer you lots of hours, an opportunity to save, good tips and the chance to work in stunning location.

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, high standards and a flexible aoproach to work. As a small hotel we expect the successful candidate to work within all the hotel teams/disciplines: food and drink service, housekeeping and in kitchen as KP.

All applicants must have good communication skills and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

The Tongue Hotel is a successful 4 star hotel on the North Coast of Scotland. Our menu offers modern scottish dishes emphasising fresh, seasonal, local produce.

Shared accommodation is available at a small cost - all in.

More than one position available - would suit a couple.
Position available immediate start - until February 2010 - negotiable to return for 2010 season.
