We are currently recruiting of behalf of a well established employer in the Invergordon area for a skilled and experienced administrator. You require to possess accurate numeracy and literacy skills and a good geographical knowledge of the UK is essential. You will be required to take orders from customers over the phone and then process these orders for completion by the shop floor. Attention to detail and an awareness of stock levels will also play a key part of this challenging role. Upon completion of orders you will then be required to use the delivery network system to despatch, track and be aware of collection of orders. As you will be required to take orders over the telephone you must possess an excellent and confident telephone manner.
