Assistant Manager - Hotel - Scottish Highlands - c£18k plus accommodation available

A 25 bed, family run hotel and restaurant in Scotland (AA rosette awarded for its dining) requires an assistant manager. The hotel/restaurant is near to the shores of Loch Ness in Scotland and is set in an area of great natural beauty.

This role would be ideal for an enthusiastic and energetic graduate just out of Hospitality Management College or someone with experience Duty Manager or other front of house supervisory role. Accommodation is available.

The salary will be dependent upon experience and is negotiable in the region of £18,000 Ref 1042
