Merkinch Enterprises located at 14 Grant Street, Inverness, offer free ESF funded Information Technology Application 1 & 2 SQA Higher National Unit courses.

In order to apply for the course, you must be over the age of 16 and unemployed OR working 16 hours or less a week.

Classes run from Monday to Thursday (morning or afternoon) for people living in the Merkinch area of Inverness, and all day on Friday for those living elsewhere in the Inverness area.

Students will be able to gain proper IT qualifications and learn all about how to use the Internet, and Microsoft Office - incorporating Word, Access(databases) and Excel(spreadsheets).

Help can also be given with creating CVs and applying for jobs.
