Depression Alliance Scotland are delighted to be able to offer this free course on Saturday the 26th of September up in Inverness (available to anyone living in the Highlands and Islands). The course is aimed at young adults, aged between18-35. The course aims to help people understand reasons for feeling low, stressed, anxious or depressed and helps people better manage these emotions and gain in confidence to make positive changes in their lives.
