Food & Beverage Manager Required for a busy Restaurant and Bar on the Isle Of Skye

The company is expanding over the next 12 months and if you like a challenge are hard working, trustworthy, reliable, flexible and enjoy your work you will fit right in and reap the rewards that will be on offer!

The ideal candidate would have previous experience, either within a Busy Hotel or a large Pub/Food Outlet and at least have worked in any of the following positions Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager or Trainee Manager. You will also be able to provide at least 2 references from recent employers

A personnel Licence would be an advantage although training may be provided to the right Candidate.

Competitive Rates of Pay and Monthly/Quarterly Performance Bonus depending on experience

This position is Live out, although help will be given to find accommodation close by
