Join our 5k FUN RUNS. We have a variety of runs you can join. Ideal for the first time runner or for people who simply enjoy the outdoors and a fun sociable day out.

There is no min sponsorship but every penny you raise goes to help fight 3 of Scotland's biggest killers, Heart Disease, Chest illness and Stroke.

18th June - JogScotland 5k - Borders
19th June - JogScotland 5k - Aberdeen
25th June - JogScotland 5k - Edinburgh
2nd June - JogScotland 5k - Inverness
9th June - JogScotland 5k - Glasgow
4th October - BIG FUN RUN - Glasgow
5th October - BIG FUN RUN - Edinburgh
