Head Chef
Should have relevant experience for busy 44 bedroom hotel with 2 restaurants and 2 bars as well as function suite for up to 150 pax.

Good kitchen management experience essential as well as good communication skills.

Salary of £19k per annum is offered for this post


Duty Manager
Should have relevant experience for busy 44 bedroom hotel with 2 restaurants and 2 bars as well as function suite for up to 150 pax.

Previous experience of a busy hotel would be beneficial as well as excellent people skills.
Post may suit head of department looking for the next move with excellent promotional prospects available. Good F&B skills prefereable.

Salary of £15-£16k per annum is offered for this post
