Seasonal Chef required for Highland Lodge. August- December

Location: Central Highlands
Experienced Chef/Cook required for traditional Highland Lodge. The successful applicant will be responsible for catering to parties of up to 14 weekly guests providing an imaginative 3 course dinner each night, breakfast and packed lunch.
Live in position sharing comfortable cottage on the estate with 2 house staff.
Excellent rate of pay.
Applicants should have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate level 1 or similar.
