We currently have 3 vacancies available 1 for Sous Chef, 1 for Chef de partie and 1 for commis chef for a Bistro 1AA restaurant in perthshire.

It is a good location using local produce doing up to 200 covers per day

The Sous Chef and CDP positions are available now and the Commis position will be available in September.

The shifts would be a mixture of straights and splits and you would be paid fortnightly, with very good tips working 6 days from 7.

The pay would be £18-19.5K for Sous Chef ,£16K for CDP and £14K for Commis.

Accommodation would be available at the cost of £30 per week.
