Restaurant upto 24 covers Private Dining upto 40. Assist the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. All produce is sourced as locally as possible and prepared to a high standard.

The restaurant offers modern Scottish food with a European flavour. We look for creativity and a high standard of food presentation.

A good knowledge of food hygiene practices is essential. We ask that you speak fluent English.
